Kathy Swingle called the meeting to order. Present were Kathy Swingle,
Dianne Connor, Nancy Growe, Craig Conroy, Tom Heenan

The agenda was approved.
The minutes from the February 16, 2009 meeting were approved.

5. Agricultural, Natural and Cultural Resources

requirement that is based on zoning standards.
4.	State what acceptable forms of practices are. Might this be limited
to large operations? What exactly is meant here?

light agriculture or “hobby farm” type uses.

conditional use permits, with animal unit numbers proportional to
acreage involved.

that grows beyond an appropriate use in a residential district is in
violation of it permit (if a CUP), or the standards that define
customary home occupation. Violations should not be rewarded with a
re-zone to commercial. Home-based businesses should be consistent with
the plan.
