Applications are not available on this website and must be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk or Town Treasurer.
DOG LICENSE (contact Town Treasurer)
Is required by Statute 174.05 for any dog 5 months of age on January 1 or that will be 5 months of age within the license year.
OPERATORS LICENSE (contact Town Clerk)
Is required for all people involved in the sale of alcoholic beverages who are not at all times, under the direct supervision or sight of the licensed owner or a person with a current operator’s license.
BUILDING PERMITS(contact County Zoning Office)
Building permits are required by unincoporated areas of Burnett County. Initial contact should be made with the County Zoning Office at 715-349-2138 in the Government Center, Siren. Referrals to local town clerks may be given there.
Re-siding, re-roofing, finishing of interior surfaces and installation of cabinetry shall be exempt from permit requirements.

Is required by the Town in order to exercise your right to vote in any type of election and thereby declaring your residency.
LOGGING PERMITS (contact Town Clerk)
Is required by the Town before any logging operations begin.

BURNING PERMITS (Contact Town Clerk)
Starting January 1, 2008 burning permits for brush, leaves, and etc. will be issued for the full year. There will be a phone number listed on the permit that you must call when you want to burn. You must call the DNR before you do any burning.
