WHITE GOODS APPLIANCE DROP OFF
Town of Jackson
Our goal is to serve our area as best as we can; to reduce the number of items being dumped on the road right-of-way by making it more convenient for the drop off of items that are re-cycled 12 months out of the year.
“White Goods” include such items as:
refrigerators, freezers, kitchen ranges/ovens, dishwashers, air conditioners, washers, dryers, hot water heaters
Items NOT accepted:
TV’s. computers/monitors, microwaves, tires, batteries, furniture
Please note: automobile type batteries may be accepted as we have an outlet for disposal of them on a no charge basis and will be transferred out of our area as we accumulate them.
NOTE: Northwest Cleansweep is a program that allows for disposal of some additional items. Watch our website calendar for scheduled dates.
Drop Off by Appointment only:
Call the Highway Department at 866-7909 to arrange a schedule. If no answer, leave your name and phone number so we can call you back and schedule a time for your drop off.
Unscheduled drop off items may cause this service to be terminated.
One day a year will be scheduled to drop off items without an appointment. Watch the calendar on our website for that date.
